Can a teacher be harassed by an adult student? Can an employer be responsible for knowing about harassment and doing little or nothing to stop it? yes, I think that a teacher can be harrassed by an adult student. cases of harrassment are often heard a lot in our society today. With a teacher and a student; it maybe what the student has said verbily or what the student did, perhaps it could be that he/she has done something as small as just looking at the teacher in a sexual manner. If the employer knows what sexual harrassment is and keeps going on you should not take this abuse from any person it is not known as right in our society today. If what this person is doing is necessarily herting you perhaps mention it to that person and question what is going on and if it happens again please for your sake ask for some help. People such as your supervisor are there to help you so you are not alone or even go as far as tellin an officer and a lawyer to stop the on going problem.
I hope i have been able to help you and please help yourself and find help.
