what do I have to do in order to file a sexual harrassment case?

First of all it has to be filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) within 180 days of the last incident.

They will prompt you from there. A phone interview, submit documents you deem as proof, etc.

And see an attorney as soon as you can... Some prefer to get in on the EEOC process while others do not.
