Please refer to the answer in my list of Frequently Asked Questions: Subject: sexual harassment and ?? (Originally sent on 4/7/2000) I have attached an answer previously given that may shed some lignt on your case as well. Although I recommend that individuals who have been victims of sexual harassment seek legal council as soon as possible, you may not wish to do so. If not, you should contact your state "anti-discrimination" agency to file a complaint. If you are in California it will be the "Fair Employment and Housing Commission"... if you are not in California, let me know what state you are in, and I will let you know where to file a complaint. In addition, you can file a federal complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In most states, the federal EEOC complaint will also be filed simultaneously with the filing of the state complaint (by the state agency). Please let me know if I can provide further information.
