My wife is involved in a sexual harassment situation at work. She is nervous and irritable when she gets home. You said you had been through this before. Does it really affect you terribly when you get home> Does everyone take it home? I don't know what to do. It's really hard to take it sdometimes. Can you give me some tips?

I'm sorry you are having to experience this mess with her, but she will be lucky to have a really understanding mate that can only make her feel better...
Feel better by letting her cry or ramble on about how it hurts or how awful it feels.
It can really take a toll on your psyche to live with the abuse day in & day out. Especially, when you NEED the money and underlying is the fear that you will go under financially if you lose your job.
Sometimes you feel so beaten down by the time you realize what is really taking place, that it's hard to get your mind positioned to take it head on. A normally strong woman can find herself in a rut and it would be a heck of a lot easier if the spouse is supportive in her time of need. You haven't stated whether you are or are not supportive vs. letting this cause extra problems once she escapes home.
Things like this will test the marriage. This is the time to be the best partner one can be.
