What do you do when a family member accuses you of abuse but actually its the other way around. And no matter who you talk to it is a totall waist of time because you have a bad tracct record for things that you have done in the past. But not only are you suffering but your children are suffering also.

It's called karma and karma works whether you want it to or not. If you have a "bad track record" then you can't expect others to believe in you. At that point, all you can hope to do is show by example that you are in the right. My motto is when everything else fails, then just be as right as you can be (righteous) And that way no one can realistically find fault with you--- KNOW that YOU ARE RIGHT! Then hopefully the others will eventually see it. If the other family member is guilty of abuse then DO something about it! They can acquire a track record too.
