Hopefully you have read my first question so I wont have to go into that again. I just wanted to address what most of you suggested for me to do. Have any of you stayed at a shelter? Most kick you out after a couple weeks. How do you get your life started over in a couple weeks? The conditions are unbareable. Also as far going to the law for help, his dad is the police chief of our tiny town. Have you heard of the good ole boys? Thats what I live with. I know I have to get away from this man, but how?

Dear April Breezes,
I am very sorry you have experienced a less than desireable relationship with shelters. In our shelters, we do not have a time limit on one's stay, nor or they unbearable by any means. The only time we ask someone to leave, is if they become abusive or dangerous to other clients. Or, if they just absolutely refuse to follow the rules of our houses, which in itself is abusive to the other clients. If your victimizer is the son of the cheif of police of the small town in which you live, I understand your problem with seeking assistance with law enforcement. I have had clients with the same problems. Will none of your family or perhaps a friend help you? You might try contacting one of the churches in your area and see if they might be of assistance.
Another thing...if you have tried a shelter, and they 'kicked you out', would you be willing to privately give me their phone number that I might call them and see why?
Sincerely, tcsmpsi
