okay he's my question i left my boyfiend for two weeks stright and then one day me and my friend was in the his car the friends car and he was crying and saying that he would never hit me angain then he left me but he did not want anybody elese he wanted just me in his life but i went back to him the third time around what should i do should i learn to trust him and think things will be okay this time or what?????????????

Someone who has a history of abusing others is unlikely to change without professional intervention. How do you think things are going to be different this time around? You don't say whether or not you are living together, but if you are, my advice to you is to GET OUT NOW!! You are not responsible for his violence, regardless of the circumstances involved, and if you think you can make him change, I think you are in for a big let-down. This is not something you can do. I encourage you to seek out resources for domestic violence in your area. Seek some good counseling, and learn if there is a pattern in the types of partners you become involved in. I hope you will make the right decision.
