Evening Xperts,I was just wondering, it appears to me that there seems to be a large segment of the people who ask us questions are women with abusive boyfriends or husbands. My question is why do women insist in staying in abusive enviroments. My job during the day is working in a Salvation Army Shelter as the director of security with A daily flow of 1100 clients, it boggles my mind when i watch these women get tormented by their mates, Yet they stay and take it

Oh now I get it. this is what started the feud. You had a legitimate question you were berated by an "expert". My god where is snowbird coming from? He is stuck in the valence of a victim, it had nothing to do with your post. It's completely irrational behavior for a counselor. As far as being an expert? Well I suppose there is a reason why they changed the name from expert.com to askme.com. You were willing to let it go, snowbird isn't. Unfortunately a person stuck in the valence of a victim will suffer the consequences of thier own irrationality. He'll burn out eventually and no doubt leave the site in a huff.
