Yes, you are right to fear him. He is displaying many red flags here and you should be forewarned! You need a safety plan and need to get out of this situation asap. You can contact a local shelter and they will assist you. If you have to go to a shelter, go! Just do it. You and your children's life may well depend on it. You don't deserve to be treated with such disrespect and you don't have to settle for this! Please read some of my other answers to gain further insight into domestic violence and do what you can to protect yourself. Your local prosecutor's office may have a victim service center and they will also help you to do what you need to do. Good luck and take good care! courtneysmom
