Lately my boyfriend and I have been getting along so-so it angers him that when he calls I am either not home or to far to hear the phone, he talls me that I better be here at a certain time because he hates waiting, and this is so weird because he is so sweet, but his emotional outbursts are a problem.

Give him reassurance that you are never too far away, but if he calls and you, for some reason, cannot answer, tell him to leave you a message and you will return his call. Explain to him that you can not be tied to the phone. Maybe he has been let down too often that he responds in such a manner. Past experiences may be the cause. Help him and yourself get through this phase of your relationship and things will look up, especially if he is as sweet as you say he is. All the best.

If he wants you to be by the phone at a certain time and you cannot, let him know where he can call you, or better yet, ask him where you can call him.
