In the last few years I have noticed that men have become abusive towards women. It is not only in one race but in all. What is the explanation of this behavior?

You have asked a very good question and there are so many answers to explain this trend.
The incidence of abuse really hasn't increased as much as it is being recognized and reported to law enforcement more. As a teenager in the 70's I was physically beaten very badly yet at that time there was no recourse for it. I hid my bruises under long sleeve shirts. People turned the other way but since that time things have changed tremendously for the better. More information is being made to women to come forward for help and with the help of law enforcement more men are going to jail.
Another issue I have is how boys and girls are taught in the church. They are taught to be submissive to men as this is what they are taught from the bible so being taught this from such an early age these beliefs are carried into adulthood.
I believe these beliefs wherever they come from are learned at an early age. This is where we must help both boys and girls to have a healthy respect for each other.
Other incidences can include alcohol and drugs which can trigger any tense situation into violence.
I hope some of these answers were of help to you.
