How do emotional conditions cause child abuse?

Well, it depends on what kind of abuse. There's so many different reasons, each person has his own for doing whatever it is he does to a child. Abuse himself when he young, emotional stree, It's a known statistic that when an adult was abused as a child the chances are higher that that person will be an abuser himself.
