At the end of the conversation, April said that if I did not call her within the next few days with an arrival date to come get word clearing and finish the HCO Confessional, she would probably issue an Non-Enturbulation Order on me. I asked her for what, and she said that the reports (ethics chits) I have been writing “are enturbulating people”. The above is a threat to punish me for writing reports, and per HCOPL Ethics Chits “No person may be penalized for issuing an ethics chit.” Virginia McClaughry Solo Nots Auditor
