One of the points my eligibility was suspended for was refusing to do RTC�s six month security check. I am applying correctly HCOB C/S Series 73RB, and Confessionals and the Non-Interference zone by so refusing, as I was making case gain and not moving slowly or stalled. Suspending my Eligibility for correctly applying LRH HCOB�s, is out-KSW, and a Tech Degrade. High Crimes are: violation of KSW points 1-10, and point 10 of Tech Degrades.
