I am in need of assistance. MAA S/C, April, after calling me and telling me on the phone, has put in writing her intention to issues a Non-Enturbulation order on myself, and my husband. (see attached) The reports she mentions (that are on me), I have submitted withdrawal request on all of them, except for Bill Rhodes’s report. Judy Wiegand’s report, which is on my husband, does not discuss any enturbulation of Judy. Be that as it may, it is not a report on me. As a note, it seems rather an extreme gradient to issue a Non-enturbulation Order on my husband, for one report, which has nothing about being enturbulated by him in it. Per a phone conversation on Sunday, March 7, I asked April if she had forwarded my first two withdrawal requests, and she said that she was not going to, as she did not feel they were unjustified. I told her that I had sent her the data showing they are unjustified, and that this was unjust to go forward with disciplinary measures. April still did not say that she would forward the requests. She then faxed me another report from Wendy (written same time period as the first one-when Wendy was at Flag recently), and the report from Judy Wiegand. The second report from Wendy, again contained mostly False reports. I sent in a withdrawal request, providing the correct data, whereever the truth was deviated from. April’s refusal to apply the Justice HCOPL, in disciplining me with this Non-enturbulation Order threat, when I have provided her with data that the reports are false, is injustice. In these reports that I have requested to be withdrawn, my comm is pretty consistently altered in an identical fashion, which if you read the reports and my withdrawal requests, you would see what I mean. I have asked April one more time, in a fax sent late Sunday night, if she was going to forward my requests, and I sent her the applicable quote out of the Justice PL, in the hopes that she might apply the Justice PL correctly.I also requested that she answer the next day if possible. I have not heard from her as of late Tuesday night, PST. I am getting quite kicked around by Ethics, and I want to know if you think I should request a comm ev to correct the False reports and resulting unjust discipline, with Wendy Ettricks, and April Buchanan, (in addition to me) as Interested Parties. Having a Comm Ev with the above Interested Parties, would at least accomplish correcting the False reports, while I am using standard recourse lines for my unjustly suspended Eligibility. Is this what I should do? Or should I now write False Report Reports, and then request a Comm Ev? Again, strictly for the purpose of getting the False Reports by Wendy and April corrected, as well as the unjust disciplinary measures. I look forward to hearing from you. Love, Virginia
