Re: six month security check line
for Solo Nots Pre-Ot’s

In 1997, I came across C/S Series 73RB, while in the Part 1 Courseroom. I noted that Ron states that there is to be no sec-checking unless a pre-ot is moving slowly or stalled, and that I, as a Solo Nots pre-ot, am in a no interference zone.

I queried the regular sec-checking of Solo Nots pre-ot’s at that time, and ended up dropping it. It came up again as an overt (of out-integrity for dropping it), in my recent six month security check, and at that point, I began querying this action. It took weeks, but I finally discovered that there isn’t an HCOB countermanding C/S Series 73RB, in fact as part of my many hatting/cramming cycles, another HCOB, Confessionals and the Non-Interference Zone reinforces and clarifies this point of sec-checking in a non-interference zone. (LRH specifically states under what conditions sec-checking is done, and when it is not done).

I left Flag to assist in the delivery of my grandchild, and during that time I submitted an orders query of to the senior C/s, which was refused. I then sent an orders query of to COB via Marina Pezotti RTC SC. Marina corresponded with me and gave me the impression that she would help me sort this out, and to come see her.

I arrived at Flag December 4, and went to see her. I then found out that someone in RTC started this line in 1982 (Marina didn’t know who), and that it was definitely not an LRH line. (See attached Kr’s for other data on this.) I was given the impression that these LRH refs would possibly be applied to me, so I went into the FSO to get repaired on my last auditing on this subject.

This went very well, until more sec-checking started. (see attached Kr’s for data on what happened).

Then the cycle went very south, to the point that my eligibility is suspended, with one of the out-quals being that I won’t do the 6 month security check, which is a violation of C/S Series 73RB, and Confessionals and the Non-Interference Zone.

I was confronted with suppressive reasonableness, justification, ethics handlings, sec checking, and having my OT Eligibility suspended, for attempting to apply the tech as stated by LRH in C/S Series 73RB, and Confessionals and the Non-Interference Zone. (see attached KR’s)

This is a KSW point, the application of these two HCOB’s. Answers that are reasonable, such as “how would we know”, don’t cut it.

Also, altering the tech in the name of security is another point of reasonableness, and is out-KSW.

I have NO disagreement with the subject of sec-checking, nor am I espousing that “sec-checking is bad”, “shouldn’t be used”, or anything of that nature. LRH has stated that I (A solo nots Pre-ot) should NOT be sec-checked, interfered with, or interrupted if I am moving well and making case gain, and am not stalled. I was moving well and making case gain, despite how after I brought these references up, it was attempted to be said that I was not moving well. (see attached KR I wrote on myself)

I am 100 percent for LRH, and the above is LRH. My insisting that LRH be applied, and my refusal to do anything that violates LRH is a KSW point.
