Some of my friends have read Silver Ravenwolf Books and have even been to her teachings and during her spells she stomps her foot to "set" the spell Do any of you do that? has it seem to help out...

I personally do not but have heard of those that do. I don't see anything necessarily wrong with it. Group rituals use quite a bit of the "dramatic" to keep up the energy of the group and to focus their own use of it. Leading a group can be a tremendously difficult endeavor, and using tricks like tapping or stomping are great ways to keep things on track.

As a solitary, my voice is all I use to set my spells, and my will is already focused on the energy I am using.

Different styles for different situations. Point is, it isn't a requirement and is pretty much a matter of personal preference.
