Goodmorning,
I wish I could tell you that I have a miracle herb that would just blow those extra pounds right off your body, but I can't. Loosing weight is a combination of sensible eating and enough exercise to burn off more calories than you're taking in. I've found that a diet low in fat is a great help. Meat and dairy products are high in fat. If you can reduce your intake of even just those things, it can make a difference. Dandelion tea is a good way to eliminate extra water weight. You still need to remember that you need to drink plenty of water to keep your system working properly. I know it sounds dumb...get rid of the water...drink the water...but the more water you drink, the better your system works. I'm talking about filtered or bottled water here, not water from the tap. Other herbs that can help you are fennel, meadowsweet, sassafras, St. Johnswort, and Chickweed...to name a few. I've found that sometimes you just need to make an adjustment in your lifestyle, your attitude, and your knowledge of what it is in your personal diet that makes you gain weight. Everyone is different. If I knew more about you, your present diet, your lifestyle, and the amount of weight you wish to loose,it would be easier to help you. Weight loss is more than just dieting...it's a mind, body and spirit thing. On my website at http://www.herbal-solution.com there are some tips for meditation, sensible dietary intake, herbal remedies and just plain old good sense. I'm sure that this answer isn't enough to be of any help to you at the moment. But like I said before...there are no miracle cures. Loosing weight takes work and conscious effort in planning and preparing low fat meals and snacks. It takes enough exercise to burn those unwanted calories off and a mindset that will help you achieve your goal. Good luck in your quest for better health and that size 9! Stargazer
