Remember in ancient times it was part of the human race's way of life, so it was prevalent in all the world. But if you're referring to a city like the one founded by Osho (formerly Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh), there's nothing like that in our world today. Although the gatherings tend to become a temporary city of sorts...
