I have had discussions - both on and offline - in regards to a crisis of faith within Wicca.
In my experience, it very much relates to what you believed as you grew up. One who was raised a Christian, but follows another path in adulthood may tend to "fear hell" - whereas someone raised as an athiest or agnostic will more "fear delusion."
What are your experiences? And how do you deal with them?

I think it is more important to face your fears that worry about what you are fearing. I do not fear hell, although I once believed in it. My mother taught me that you create your own hell. I can't imagine why an athiest or agnostic would fear delusion any more thn anyone else. I don't believe that there can be a crisis in faith in Wicca. If you believe that your punishment for bad karma will be to be sent to a place that is all fire and torture after you die, then that is the place in the summerland you will create for yourself. One of the wonderful things I have found with this belief system is that you are not wrong, no matter what you believe, as long as you stay true to the gods and harm none. Ask the gods, however you see them, and they will answer. I speak with the goddess often, and she has been a very reassuring force in my life. If you are fearing, then you need to go to your quiet place inside and ask yourself why. If you need reassurance, think of the gods and they will be there. You know when they arrive, it is not always with a big boom ,but they are there.
