Well it's been 20 short years of wicca. Not long in the life of a planet. Here we are at the dawn of a new age again and still we don't seem to be on the same team. For me Wicca created a window in my heart that allowed all faiths and beliefs in. Yet for other's it creates more questions. How do we as teachers and examples to our fellow wiccan's help eachother deal with all the things to Come? What do you think the future holds for Wicca? What shape and path do you see Wicca taking. What is your part in the future of Wicca?

There is quite a bit of diversity in Wicca, but that is our strength. By accepting that others must follow their own path, we come to treasure the individual and his/her part in the grand scheme of things.
What can we do to help one another? The best way is to teach those who seek, share knowledge and to lead by example. Especially those of us who are leaders in the pagan community and teachers. We owe it to those who look to us to act responsibly and to not just "talk the talk" but to also "walk the walk". Sharing knowledge with one another is also very important in my opinion.
The future of Wicca depends on us. Wicca and other pagan, earthbased religions are growing by leaps and bounds because we offer a path that brings the person in touch with the beauty of life that is all around them. We offer them the freedom to find their own answers. I think in the coming years, more and more people will be drawn to that.
I do not see a specific shape or path for "Wicca" as a whole. I see thousands of different seekers living their lives, doing good things, helping people and the enviornment. I see each one of those seekers doing so because they have learned that we are all connected, and to help our neighbor, or our planet, is to help ourselves.
What is my part? To do as I do now. Answer questions whenever they are asked and to offer my advice and opinions to any who wish to hear. Also, to teach and learn whenever I can. My role in my faith is to be the best person I can be in this life and to lead by example.
Great thread by the way :-) I hope you will answer your own questions for us. I'd love to hear your ideas as well as eveyone elses here.
