I have been christian all my life. I have been taught all the "don't" and "do's". I have been scared out of asking the "why's" and trained in hiding from the "witch's". But I guess with time and maturity you want to look for understanding.
I have been told by serval different mediums that I am very spritual, but with christianity I do not see that. I have had my fortune done, numbers done, astrology done, and all have said the same thing...but I can not see it, some times I feel it (if that makes sense?!)
I am sure that you have had alot of Chirstian's challenge you and that is not my intent, so please do not take this as another chirstian pushing their beliefs. While I do believe in God and that goes with that, I feel that there is more out there. That there is somehting else that I belong with but I do not know what it is.....
Ok now that I am sounding cazy, even to myself. I will ask my question. What is Wicca? (I know what I have been told by the church but what is it to you?) How do you know that you belong? What all is involved with Wicca? and finally Is it something that can call you?

How do I know I belong?
Wicca is my Path of chosen life. I feel more freedom loving the Earth, Sky, Stars and myself then being told it is evil to do so.
Involved?
Everything. From the Earth to the grain of sand on the beach. From your fingertips to the hairs of your child. Wicca is life all around you. The respect of Earth, for yourself, for others (no matter what religion, color or nationality).
Call you?
Oh yes. For me it was waiting till I was ready. For me, it was a dream. I dreamed of a lady in white telling me it ws time to read the moon. I watched the moon (which I have always loved) and the next day, I found books written by Silver ravenwolf. From then, I knew I was comfortable in my Path.
What is Wicca? Wicca is a religious aspect, a way of life. It can be a variation of different spirtiulity. There is different Paths. from Pagan, Druid, Shamanism, Diana's, Black Forest, Celtic. The only way for a person to know where they want to be is to follow the truth that is in your heart.
I, am not Wicca. I call myself a kitchen witch since I study herbs and make candles.
I would recommend reading the above named author to really understand more and also find Buckland's books. These are two of the best authors in the ways of the Path.
