Can anyone give any good information about the true Sabbath, and why the Sabbath was changed to Sunday?

Sabbath seems to have been a title for the day of worship, not necessarily referring to Saturday (or any other day of the week for that matter). In the Jewish timeline, the "day" begins at sunset, so it probably began with them holding their rest day on Saturday night/Sunday morning. But the original 'sabbat' (the worship ceremony itself) of ancient pagan times didn't may have had particular dates, but they had more to do with the seasons than with a particular weekday.
