Psychlos have driven humanity into the hills, have erected a great dome over the decayed city that was once Denver, yet know not of toothpaste or dental hygiene. Very odd. Terl, the arrogant Psychlo security chief in Denver, also has what appears to be a hedgehog shoved down his crotch. Very disturbing.
