To the shock and dismay of his teenage fans, John Travolta performed a cult sacrificial ritual this past week upon himself, resulting in his public social demise.

Critics of Scientology had seen this coming for a long time. Travolta had been engaging in cult practices long into the night, only to wake up the next day to consume more cult material in the morning in an attempt to get back to "normal." To critics, Travolta is obviously hooked on Scientology, and will not leave the cult until he is up to his ears in debt and is no longer of any use to the cult.

Travolta was heard to say, "I'm so confused." However, there is no doubt that Scientology will come to his rescue and make him feel a lot better. Meanwhile, Travolta took all the risk for the movie upon himself, while Scientology stood to gain from trademarked, copyrighted products which Travolta was marketing on the cult's behalf.
