ARSCC [wdne] SF Bay area division
It was appoarching the magic hour, so I hopped in my Minton supplied Jag and cruised to the local theater to check the line. " What line?" I said to myself... it's the right time. Where are the people?!?!
Well, I set myself on a planter box near the ticket window so I could hear the chatter and cooled my heels and waited... it was 6:50pm.
Finally a group of 3 or 4 teenage boys walked up and got tickets for BE. Then a family of 4 with 2 small boys bought 2 adult and 2 children passes.
At 7pm a older guy... maybe 60 moved slowly to the window and asked for a BE ticket. I think I spotted a public scientologist buying a ticket. He was kinda disoriented and a glazed over look on his face. (I thought to myself, this poor guy may have been thru the "wall of fire") I thought of telling him, "not to fear, Xenu is coming soon"... but decided to let him enjoy his exciting night watching Travolta as Terl, the evil Psychlos. :)
