After hearing that other critical websites have had usage spikes, I checked my own served bandwidth. Great Xenu's bodythetans, look what I found:

March bandwidth served: 17.05 MB

April bandwidth served: 17.25 MB

May bandwidth served (to date): 43.21 MB !!!

And guess where the spike began? May 12th, with 3543040 bytes transferred. The biggest day (they were all pretty big after the 12th) was the 22nd, with 4006912 bytes transferred.

What else happened on May 12th, 2000?

Oh, that's right. Battlefield Earth opened in theatres across North America.

Do you suppose I have John Travolta and Scientology to thank for this explosion of interest in things entheta?
