Is there Saltwater Rated Houseboats? If so how do we get more info?

I dont really think there is a 'saltwater rating' I do know there is a sea worthyness rating tho, so go to a dealer that handles houseboats or pontoon type crafts to get a better feel for it. I have never owned a houseboat, or a sailboat for that matter. I have only owned powerboats. I hope I have been of some service to you Sincerely Capt John
