I am trying to put together a paper for a personality theories class. I am interested in the topic of criminal personalities. What, in your opinion are the most common types of personalities that a criminal holds????

"What, in your opinion are the most common types of personalities that a criminal holds????" In my book this means any crime and any person convicted of that crime.
The best criminals blend in...the guy or girl next door. So in that sense the question should be, what makes the guy next door commit crimes? What is his/her personality?
There are also "criminals" that are "criminals" because of alcohol and drug addiction. DUI is a crime and good people get caught and convicted of DUI. These same people are your neighbors. So what is the cause there? What are their personalities?
If I could list all personalities right here and then answer your question about criminals personalities (in general like you put it) I would say, "All of the above".
Personalities are individual. Crimes can be like a fingerprint or individual. If you broke your question down specifically listing one crime, I would think it would be possible to answer this. I don't know of anyway to look at all crimes together and all criminals together and answer "What is the most common trait amongst them?"
I could be wrong!!!!
