You may have viewed the documentaries, "Paradise Lost: The Robin Hood Hills Killings," or "Revelation: Robin Hood Hills Revisited" on HBO. The documentaries deal with three young men found guilty of the alleged ritualistic homicide of three young boys. One of the accused now sits on Death Row awaiting execution, while the other two are in prison for life with no expectacny of parole. Various groups have lobbied to have the case appealed. What do you think of the case in particular, as well as the public's intervention into various cases where there seems to be a miscarriage of justice? This may go hand in hand with a prior question posted by d_ottr about Mumia Abu Jamal....
Fr_Chuck gave this response on 3/18/2000:
the main problem with things like this is that the miscarriage of justice is when politically motivated men or groups twist the truth or even invent things or leak half truths to the press to make a public opinion that is not based on the truths of the case which are never really know

There is a lot to this case that deserves some looking in to. I suggest checking out the site, www.wm3.org for more information. RARELY do I doubt fellow law enforcement personnel, but this one may be a little shaky......
