Is a drunk driving conviction considered a felony in Massachusetts in reference to renewing your firearms license?

Typically, DUI is not a felony unless there was some type of mitigating circumstances, such as a serious injury, hit and run, death, or abnormaly high Blood Alochol COntent.
Also, firearms exclusions usually do not apply unless there is a conviction for a violent crime, which includes domestic violence, but you may check your state laws to confirm this.
