Is there anything I can do to allay my depression? Somedays are better than others, but sometimes I find it hard to even get out of bed in the morning.

Note: I am NOT a doctor!
You're in great luck: depression is one of the most easily treated diseases. Cognative therapy can work wonders at gaining new perspectives on life. PLEASE seek out a qualified psychotherapst and get treatment and a diagnosis. Your psychotherapist will probably ask you to see a general practitioner for a physical check-up to see if there is some pathology causing your depression.
If your psychotherapist thinks your depression merits psychopharmacology, there are some exceptionally fine treatments available these days. You need not live with depression-- it is treatable! And the success rate these days is very, very high.

Thanks but no thanks,I've read some terrible and horrible things about such therapy. I don't think I could ever trust such a thing. Besides a young man here has already helped me a grat deal. But thankyou for caring enough to reply.
