Age. 27 Years. Education : Engineer . Psychiatric Problems and under continuous medical treatment of various Psychiatrists since 10 years. Country : Pakistan. PROBLEMS : 1. Depression. 2. Anxiety. 3. Negative thinking & approach . 4. Non concentration of mind 5. No self- confidence. 6. Childish Mind . 7. No iniative , no amition & no efforts. 8. Fear. 9. Peevishness. 10.Obstinacy. 11.Un social. You mention many problems that would very much affect your work as an engineer and also your private/family life.

1. You mentioned "continuous medical treatment" -- by the psychiatrist? 2. Of what does that treatment consist? 3. Do you see a therapist/counselor once or twice a week to work on the above problems? 4. Or does the psychiatrist meet with you on a regular basis to work on the problems with you? 5. Do you belong to a support group? 6. If so, what kind? 7. Do you live in the United States? 8. What does your #6 ("childish mind") mean?
