Due to the fact that giganews does not supply the common headers which help identify the source(s) of articles, coupled with the fact that they have been a sporge source for so long, all articles from giganews, posted to the sporge- targetted groups, are being autocancelled.

This amounts to a partial UDP of giganews, and will remain in effect until the sporgers move on to another news service / server.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the few legitimate posters from giganews.
