A.R.S. Via Forged Article Flood: Identified?

Has one of the spogers been identified?

Pacific Bell Telephone received a subpoena to release the long-distance phone records for phone number 818 760 4637 so that the records may be matched to the logs of over 100 Internet Service Providers in a long-term denial-of-service attack against the critics of a Business called "Scientology". At the time, no one knew who the phone number belonged to, nor if the owner was a Scientologist / OSA goon: the phone records would have proven conclusively who was commiting the crime (and as of the time of my writing this, July 24, 1999, it is still occuring).

Pacific Bell Telephones sent a copy of the subpoena plus a copy of my declaration to the owner's lawyers (Rick Moxon & Helena Kobrion), who are, coincidently (BIG SURPRISE!), the lawyers for the "Religious[sic] Technology[sic] Center" (i.e., RTC, aka, Scientology). Scientology's lawyers quashed the subpoena, and the records were not surrendered by the phone company.

Now why would the business wish to hide the identity of the criminals commiting the denial- of- service attacks against alt.religion.scientology? The "church" asserts that they support free speech and free expression, and yet they are protecting someone who is trying very hard (and spending a lot of money) to deny hundreds of people those rights. If the crime syndicate were not responsible for, or at least support, the denial-of-service attack, why would they protect one of the people responsible? Could it be that the "church" is LYING when it claims to support a person's right to speak her opinion?

The phone number used to inject the neo-Nazi usenet articles under the critic's names MIGHT have been traced to some people named "Jim and Gayle Rego," both of whom are Scientologists (another BIG SURPRISE!). Gayle Rego claims to be an "Operating Thetan Level Eight," that is, she claims god-like powers and abilities that Scientology taught her / liberated in her. Since we were denied the phone records, we cannot demonstrate conclusively that the Regos are the ones who were posting the forged messages: for all anyone knows, they are innocent as clams---- only the phone records will answer the issue. (Ever since the Regos have been warned, the forged articles have been coming from other phone numbers.)

While the forged neo-Nazi articles were being injected into usenet from the 818 760 4637 phone number, the owner of the ISP they were abusing (NetSecure) waited until one of them hung up and then he dialed the number used (via ANI equipment: different than "caller ID"). The person who answered attempted to justify his actions by claiming he was "defending his 'church.'"

Since I exposed the phone number, I have been subjected to harassment from the business (their lawyers sent my name and address to their criminal activities department, aka the Office of Special Affairs, to "Fair Game" me). They have been stalking me and my sibling around Los Angeles County and Orange County, California (both counties have anti-stalking laws), and taking trophy photographs and posting the photographs on their "Dead Agent" WWW site. The business has sent people out to my previous residence to wait (in their pickup) for me to show up so they could follow me and take photographs.
