I will say having assisted OSA in one of their highly secret weirdo/mafia deals:

The Spamming of the Internet, that it is VERY much like 'terrorism' where the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing.

I'm not supporting them in this at all, but merely offering some personal experience of what happened to me.

They *OSA INT* asked me to "Just go open up an anonymous Internet account". Now they didn't ask me themselves, as they probably knew I wouldn't. So they got my auditor and one of my best friends to ask me to do this.

When I asked him why... he told me this: "Tory, these critics are sooo evil they'd love to get you in court and depose you for days on end about things. You don't want that we know, so we just aren't going to tell you at all what we are doing with these accounts (except to promise it's all legal and "ok"). That way no one can get you in court and ask you any details about this. You truly will not know".

It may sound amazing that I'd go for that, but at the time it made sense. Luckily things got weirder and weirder (more mafia like) and I finally decided to do my own research and connect the dots--- which was the beginning of me waking up and leaving Scientology, after 30 years!

But I'm sure this is standard procedure in OSA: and thus people literally can say, "I don't know". Of course if you ask enough people... finally the true information will have to come out.... but it's a long haul, as we can see here.
