The Hubbard regime and the Miscavige regime do things like this, split families up, because they need targets for their basic philosophy, policy and practice of fair game.

Notice who they choose as targets -- good, kind, loving wogs (R), the kind of wogs (R) who are no threat to anyone, who are useful, helpful, loving members of wog (R) society.

Then the Scientology regime foments a rift between their wog (R) targets and their family members over whom the cult has absolute control. The targets, being good, kind, loving wogs (R) and wanting to do the useful, helpful, loving thing in society naturally react, and criticize the breaking up of their family. Who wouldn't if they were decent wogs (R) at all?

Then the Scientology cultists accuse their wog (R) targets, whose families they've broken up, of being religious bigots, since Scientology's "scriptures" call the breaking up of families their religious practice.

The Scientology cultists also declare that the good, kind, loving wog (R), who was something different from overjoyed at having their family ripped apart, to be a "criminal," since the cult also states in its "scriptures" that everyone who criticizes its "religious practice" of breaking up families, or any of its even more diabolical "religious practices" is a "criminal." (This is part of the reason why Scientology is correctly called the "crime cult" or the "criminal cult.")

Once the Hubbard regime, and now the Miscavige regime, has declared the good, kind, loving wog (R) target to be a "religious bigot" and "criminal" the cult implements its basic philosophy, policy and practice of fair game.

Scientology in its "philosophy" and organization needs targets. All there are for targets are wogs (R). Because the Scientology cultists are obsessed with "winning" and getting their "big wins," they target the most vulnerable, accessible wogs (R) they can find. Like Ida Camburn. Like Caroline Letkeman. Like Betty McCoy. Like a thousand other good, kind, loving wog (R) mothers and fathers.

The Hubbard and Miscavige cults target wog (R) groups who are not organized to fight back, like wog (R) mental health professionals. The crime cult never goes after real religious bigots or real criminals, like the mafia. The cult only targets wogs (R) who are doing useful, helpful, loving work in wog (R) society.

So, the International Justice Chief doesn't call because Scientology and Scientologists need and want wog (R) targets to fair game. Without "enemies," creating "enemies" and fair gaming "enemies," Scientology would not be Scientology. Fair game *is* Scientology. Scientologists need "enemies" and need to fair game "enemies" to keep Scientology working.

And they need their "enemies" to be good, kind, loving, helpful, useful wogs (R) so they can, as David Miscavige boasts, shoot them down like ducks in a pond, and have their big wins.
