The first time ever

* sometime* In 1971 I was auditing AOLA's OT3 Review line and working as Div 6 (public) for a prominent scn businessman. I wrote up his Seminar hat and arranged seminars for him at various Missions and scn events. He was a very popular speaker, as well as running a hugely popular company. He was also an 'Old Timer', and well-thought of by all. ( Except for some of his myriad of girlfriends). One day he came into the office with his face as white as a sheet and very upset. I said Tell me what happened? He said that LRH's biography materials had been taken by his son-in-law, Gerry Armstrong, and that Gerry had 'run with them'. I said o shit they're going to find out about LRH! The 'they' I referred to were the scn'ists, of course. He said There will be a mutiny! There was more conjecture by us as to the consequences of the truth about LRH getting out and onto 'com lines'. We decided to keep it quiet as far as we could. As y'all know, the lies re LRH background etc became known. Then there was the Missionholders conference and each and every Power terminal who could launch a mutiny was robbed of his livlihood and/or declared. Hmmmm. Now. Consider what it must have meant to LRH when he was informed that his papers had gone out of org control: It "missed every withhold" he had!! He must have flown into a complete rage! There's no doubt in my mind that he wanted Gerry DEAD. There's no doubt in my mind that his postulate to fucking silence Gerry permanently is still being carried out by his 'replacements'. Gerry, as far as I know, still has on-going litigation with cos. They will never forget what he did. They will not forgive nor forget him. They would like him in jail where they can get to him and snuff him. I have never met Gerry. But I will do anything that I can to protect him from cos retribution. If that means stepping on some toes on this NG, so be it. My purpose here on this NG is to expose the hurtful transgressions of cos. Like Kristi says " I believe that cos is hurting people and I want them to stop". I think that youse guys who MINIMIZE Gerry are forwarding the purpose of the cos to render him powerless.

It was almost certainly sometime in 1982, because I really had taken NO documents, and it was only after the cult declared me, attacked me and stole a bunch of photos I had that I went to Omar Garrison and got from him documents I believed I needed to defend myself from the cult's attacks. That would have been in the summer of 1982.

I think it's safe to say, because everyone knows I was married to Terri Gillham, that Peter Gillham was my father-in-law and the businessman you're referring to.

Correct; and I will now point out that a number of people have repeated Scientology's lie (what Scientology calls "black PR", in this case) that you "stole documents". And some of these same critics _think_, or at least _say_, that they are above being manipulated or used by Scientology's lying ("black PRing") machine.

I'm in the process of gathering together Scientology's lies, along with the exact instance their lies were made, including links to documents wherever possible. If a link is not possible I will cite the material. Then, when I am done with this first part, I will next collect some of the many statements made by critics -- statements which _prove_ that they have repeated Scientology's lies. I'll include links to the exact URL of the post or web page, for verification.

I will say here now that I've spent about eight hours on this task so far. It's because I have been spending my time on this, that I have not been making many posts to ars during the past two days. So for those of you who may have been waiting for an answer from me to one or more of your posts, you may have to wait a little while longer.

There's a mountain of "black PR" to collect and document. Good thing I've been following this saga. My doing so has turned out to be very helpful in knowing where to look.
