There is an opportunity to send the message to the judges and media and back to $cientology that even if there had been no Medical Exam, even if there'd been no autopsy, even if there'd been no body, the documents now known, the testimony now preserved, the record made, show an even more shocking disregard for human life and suffering than was known when the lawsuit and charges were filed. And further that $cientology's attack on an unnecessary piece of the puzzle as if it changed everything, compounds this organization's guilt.

$cientology would sure want us all to think that the Medical Examiner's alteration changes everything. It changes nothing. And they will sooner or later have to learn that making everything out of nothing is the activity of conmen, and everyone is getting to know that. It would be so cool if Lisa McPherson taught $cientologists that lesson. Their attorneys will never get it, because they are paid to stop people from getting it, but almost all $cientologists can. I bet Lisa would want everyone to get it.
