Even if there may not be an OT, there has to be a Keyed-Out OT.

You know the way there's been an almost continuous contest or challenge really to the OTs, in fact to anyone, to produce an OT. It's more like to produce any of the abilities unique to OTs. And no one has come forward.

So, as I'm sure Confront 23 could find a reason to argue, we don't know if OT exists. Presumably if anyone showed up to demonstrate OT abilities then, again using, I'm sure everyone including Confront would agree, logic, it can be said that to the degree that that one person demonstrated OT abilities, $cientology worked. Thus, I think even Confront must agree, we don't know if $cientology works.

If after doing $cientology to become OT someone did exactly like anyone else not OT, we couldn't tell which did what, $cientology or anything but $cientology. So we can only use for $cientology's working or not, OT. That is to say abilities unpossessable by non-OTs.

The same process could be applied to Clear and Clear abilities, but it isn't necessary. Clearly Clear is not as clearly different from wog (R) as OT, so the abilities of OT must be beyond Clear and thus more inarguably and clearly unwog (R).

So we don't know if $cientology works, because nobody has shown up to take, let alone pass, the OT Challenge. We don't know if somewhere out there there isn't a guy with real OT Powerz. We don't know if there isn't a colony of men and women, hell, boys and girls, with OT Powerz, out there somewhere. We don't know if the guys who run $cientology, the guys we ridicule and taunt, the guys who sell OT, for goodness sake, are not OT. All we really know is that no one has stepped forward to say that he or she is OT and can prove it.

That's not to say that we don't know all sorts of other things about $cientologists, and $cientology, and the people who run $cientology. Some of them exhibit very base, common, almost ignorant behavior. Some of them are very public. Some of them are incredible liars, but surely lying can't be an ability only OTs have. Some of them are smarter than others. But none has shown, even in a moment he might think someone may or may not be watching, certainly while I've been watching, any instance of OTness. So, to reiterate, we don't know if there really is OT.

That's not to say that those who say there is no OT are wrong in any way. It is, for reason's sake, the responsibility of the person making the claim to produce what is claimed to exist. For those to whom the claim is pitched to have to conduct a search for what is not produced, is nice for the pitchman. But it also grants to the batters the absolute right to beat up bad on him.

So, without making those folks wrong for stating the overwhelming obvious, we don't know with complete, scientific certainly if there really isn't an OT. But while there may not be an OT, there has to be a Keyed-Out OT. I think all you $ciento-techies will agree.

Nobody claimed to go from Clear to OT (R) (hee, hee, hee) in one 12 foot verticle leap. There had to be times of key-out on the bridge to OT. (See what Hubbard says about Keyed-Out OT.) It's like a Keyed-Out Clear, but must be beyond even that. There has to be Keyed-Out OT.

While OTs may have an OT ability to withhold using, or at least showing, their OT abilities, a Keyed-Out OT would lose the ability when he ceased being keyed out. If he never stopped being keyed out, a Keyed-Out OT would be an Unkeyed-Out OT, or a real, true, eternal OT. Thus when a Keyed-Out OT is considered, this would be a Clear who for a short or long period has OT Powerz.

When you think about it, not using or manifesting OT Powerz is really not an OT Power at all because it's exactly what wogs (R) do. So there really is no reason for OTs to not come forward and take the challenge. But this is a call, specifically for Keyed-Out OTs, who, I don't believe, have been addressed as a group, grade or class before, to come forward and take the challenge.

If you are a Keyed-Out OT, while you still have any OT Powerz at all, get in touch. Take the challenge. If you're experiencing even fleeting OT Powerz, tell a friend, get it recorded, call every number at AR$CC, take a photo. If you're not OT, but just a Keyed-Out OT, your abilities are just as important as an OTs. So the Challenge is open to you too.

And any ability at all. You don't have to have every OT ability, all the OT Powerz of an OT. If you just have a single OT ability, there are people waiting to hear from you. Indeed searching for you. You know who you are. There are people dying to hear from Keyed-Out OTs while they're still keyed out.
