I did the RPF at Gilman, Garry.
You've got your cases mixed up.
And you didn't say I ANAL. Your legal understanding is wrong, and you very often convey a faulty, shallow, flippant legal understanding.
Let's just say you have a contract with $cientology to murder me. Let's say you signed it. Even though it's a signed contract, and even you feel compelled to murder me, the contract you have with $cientology is not legally binding.
By the way, for those who don't know Garry Scarff, he is a pathological liar who works for $cientology. He pretends to be a critic of $cientology just so he can later attack, betray and hurt actual opponents of the criminal cult.
Garry was involved, according to his own testimony, in murder plots against $cientology's opponents, including my own attorney. He was paid by the criminal Gene Ingram, he claims, to attack opponents.
Garry participates, as he's doing here, in $cientology's black PR campaigns against its opponents. $cientology has used him over the years because of his pathology. He pretends to be insanely jealous to give him a human motivation for his cruel, nasty, lying attacks on good people. He pretends to be insane so that he can get in people's faces and say all manner of insane, cruel things.
On behalf of $cientology, Garry pretended to be a critic of the cult and wormed his way into the office of my attorney Ford Greene where Garry stole confidential records. Garry then signed false sworn declarations for $cientology attacking Ford.
Garry worked for $cientology in its attacks on CAN and the CAN directors and assisted in CAN's destruction.
Garry lies continually about the "celebrities" he encounters. He pretends to have all sorts of knowledge he doesn't. He pretended to be a Jonestown survivor in order to get close to CAN people and betray and hurt them.
Garry still pretends to be friends with people only to be able to betray and hurt them. He is used by $cientology for this purpose because he derives pleasure from betraying and hurting people.
Pretty well everyone has Garry's number. But occasionally it's a good idea to let the people who oppose $cientology know about Garry so that he is never trusted.

Garry throws out irrelevancies like this to make his black PR points.

Garry makes inane statements like this to make black PR points.
> I am harangued and intimidated
>until I suffer a breakdown which is filmed by German reporters and
>Scientology critics call it "acting" and an "OSA plot",
Garry forgets to say that he was passing back to $cientology the German film crew's plans. Garry has routinely passed to O$A reports on people opposed to $cientology whom he has pretended to befriend so that he can betray and hurt them.
Garry has no reason in the world to hate me and try to hurt me and my friends. His reasons are all invented out of his pathology to serve $cientology's purposes.
>yet when a favored
>critic such as yourself endures the same kind of intimidation, your pals
>shit their shorts and scream FOUL!!!
Garry never does say what "intimidation" he endured. And he never says what "harangues" he endured.
This comparison of the way I'm supposedly treated with the way Garry is treated is pretended insane jealousy to justify his attack.
> So, much for consistency....
On the other hand, Garry is a paragon of consistency.

>You are a spineless, manipulative coward that doesn't have the balls to

And Garry, the pathological liar, dispenses advice.
I said not a word about you Garry for a long time. I spoke up when you pulled that (to use your words) spineless, manipulative, cowardly, demonic black PR attack on Beverly and me. You mocked up an insane jealousy to give yourself an excuse to pass on all that hate in this forum and cause all that hurt. Now you pretend to be the damaged party. That's typical Garry Scarff behavior. That's why you serve $cientology.
And now you've become a forger as well.
Oh, I know, you'll apologize again. But that's just so that you can get someone else somewhere to trust you again so you can betray and hurt him or her again. And then you'll apologize yet another time to do it all over again.
And yeah, I know, you're dangerous. And yeah I know you can easily mock up being really insane and take me out, with your insanity defense all nicely in place. And yeah, I know, when your work is really done the cult can move you somewhere and give you a new name and blame you for the bodies. But yeah, I still have to speak out because in this business a good record is our main protection.
So go ahead Garry. Go ahead and lie all you want. Go ahead and hurt good people. Go ahead and be cruel. Go ahead and cave people in. Go ahead and suck up to $cientology. Go ahead and suck up to anyone who'll let you suck up to them. Go ahead and betray them. Go ahead and forge your hate messages. Go ahead and deny that you're doing what you're doing. Go ahead Garry. Go ahead and give your cult handlers some more lying sworn declarations. Just go ahead Garry. It's your life. Go ahead and live it the way $cientology wants you to.
