The judge's order on the prosecution's motion in limine was clearly a recognition of $cientology's participation in the manufacturing of the incident which gives rise to the charge against you. Congratulations for this excellent order. Your attorney's job is to lay the "proper predicate," as the judge says, for fair game (the philosophy, policy and practice); so this could be an amazing trial.

Fair game is so basic to $cientology and such a broad subject, which has manifested in so many incidents over so many years, while being so shocking and unbelievable to almost any wog (R) mind, that the educating of wog (R) jurors, and even jurists, is not an easy task. But it will make for an amazing trial.

Congratulations for hanging in to get this matter all the way to trial. Trials are very important events in this war.

Congratulations on the support you have from good people around you. And congratulations for all the media lined up for this media-worthy rare interaction with the $cientology cult.

It is funny that yet another time $cientology got exactly what it asked for, and yet another time they were nuts to ask for it. They really should just have the "victim" (don't you like that word in this context?) withdraw his charge, apologize, and come over and offer you his hand in friendship. And if they can't do that, at least they could have him not show up at trial.

I always have this piece of advice for going into trials or depositions with $cientology. The strongest position is humility. $cientology will never assume humility, so they toil always from a weaker position. They get the meager wins that overreaching, bullying and lying bring, but they remain in a weak position and condition..

In order to insure that the people on its side never practice humility (inter alia, knowing that they don't know), $cientology misinterprets humility as victimization. (Since they also practice becoming what they resist, they become victimized.) So if victim Howd doesn't show, or if the prosecutor fights you every step of the way, or even if the fix is in with the judge, the strongest position is humility. From there you can do frightening damage.

So good luck, Bob. Go charm the pants off the prosecutor.
