[sorry, the first few words were cut off/garbled]
And Continuing Abuse of the Robert Cipriano
Dear Citizen:
My name is Scott A. Mayer.
Some of you may know of my past history with the Internal Revenue Service and Church of Scientology International U.S. Tax Court Case, in which I worked for a very much respected and honorable Martin Cohen, then Senior Counsel for Special Cases in the U.S. Tax Court v. Church of Scientology. In which the Church was ultimately denied tax exempt status. By w ay of background information: I left the Church of Scientology by way of resign ation of my Sea Org Officers Commission, and subsequently went to work for the IRS, because I could no longer reconcile the criminal behavior of the Church, n ot only against every government on the planet, but specifically against former ly loyal parishioners and staff members, who dared to disagree with the then Gu ardian's office criminal and totalitarian methods. It took me some 7 years of travel around the planet to come to total certainty that Hubbard and Scientolog y were not only not saving the planet, but intended to take it over economicall y and politically. In my years of travel as a part-time henchman for the Guard ian's Office and a successful missionaire for Ron Hubbard. I never met a real OT, or attended a religious service or prayer group. My last three significant posts in the Sea Organization were, respectively, U.S. Fleet Captain, L. Ron H ubbard Personal Estates Manager and, L. Ron Hubbard Personal Missionaire, along with my then wife, Rheva Bittleman Mayer. Together, before departure from the Sea Organization we caused millions of dollars to inure to L. Ron Hubbard from our missions around the globe.
I have spent some 17 years working with various law enforcement officials and news media, attempting to make amends for my own personal stupidity in believing that Scientology was actually here for the benefit of mankind. Such cooperation includes articles and video documentaries with: Readers Digest, the Boston Globe, the Clearwater City Council and Police Department, the St. Petersburg Times, ABC 20/20 News; BBC News, the German Government, ABC's Turning Point, and A&E Entertainment and Arnie Lerma's Citizen Against Corruption Group.
CURRENT SITUATION
Approximately one month ago, I met Robert J. Cipriano, after he contacted Graham Berry, who I have been assisting for some time on litigation cases against the Church of Scientology International and its phony affiliated groups and corporations, pretending to be independent of control of David Miscavige and his band of criminal executives, who I believe manufactured L. Ron Hubbard's death and fraudulently took over the Church of Scientology.
In the past month, regardless of what any of the critics on the Internet surmise, imagine, and thereby pass judgment on Robert, for deeds committed under conditions of duress that most of you would fall to your knees under, I have personally found Robert Cipriano, to be a remorseful, repentant individual, who could no longer stand in the light of his creator and bow down to the Church of Scientology's merchants of chaos.
Since filing his Declaration with the Court and requesting protection from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI assigned a total novice, who knows absolutely nothing about the Church of Scientology to review the case. This person not only failed to do his homework, including rapid review of evidence that should put some judge's behind bars, but has to date denied Robert Cipriano protection from the COS. As a result, the very day before Robert met with the FBI, Mr. Moxon, whom I have total certainty is tapping Mr. Berry's home and office telephone, because every time I feed him dis-information (which the guardian's office trained me to do), he acts in some way on the dis-information.. The night Robert saw the FBI, his car was taken from in front of Graham Berry's residence and office. Robert has subsequently lost his apartment because he is unwilling to allow Kendrick Moxon to continue to harass his former roommates. Since the theft of the auto, I have had no personal life, because I feel, ethically that since our government is dragging its heels in confronting the Scientology criminal enterprise, I cannot leave Robert alone to face OSA's already begun "Fair Game" policy against Robert for having defected to the side of law and order. The truth of this has become obvious when on Sunday, August 15, 1999, I accompanied Robert to Palm Springs for the specific purpose of obtaining a legal declaration from a former business associate and friend, Donald Snodgrass, who has material evidence of Mr. Moxon's illegal criminal activities concerning Robert J. Cipriano. I have personally talked to Mr. Snodgrass and heard portions of his testimony.
Mr. Snodgrass was aware that Robert and I were coming to Palm Springs on Sunday, and had, in fact, called several times to confirm our arrival. On arrival in Palm Springs, in early afternoon. Robert called Mr. Snodgrass, who claimed he had some business problems to address and would call in an hour to arrange a meeting to present us with his taped declaration, which I was to transpose as a court document. As we had an hour or so to pass, Robert and I decided to check out some of the local spotters, Robert is familiar with in Palm Springs. We obtained some interesting observations. Some of the people were extremely nervous, and/or distant and obviously uncomfortable with our being back in Palm Springs. One, however, told us that he had, unknown to Mr. Snodgrass observed Mr. Snodgrass in telephonic communication with Mr. Moxon, and apparently having quite a good time, laughing and joking about something.
Robert and I made some more rounds and discovered that a very close friend of Roberts, who at last meeting been totally broke and in danger of losing her apartment, had come up with $400 cash, told Robert that she was spending the weekend in Catalina, California, but had actually been in Los Angeles during that period and stayed very close to Roberts prior apartment. When Robert confronted her with this, she was very wary, standoffish and wanted to know what I was doing back, in Palm Springs with him. She believes me to be an agent of the FBI or CIA and doesn't trust me at all. Odd, at the time, because she has been specifically informed that I am accompanying Robert to provide what limited protection I can, in lieu of law enforcement acting in concert to protect this very valuable whistle blower.
I have written this letter because as a person who has spent years communicating with people who have had the pure guts to come forward against the Church of Scientology, the Whitfields, Kima Douglas, Steven Fishman, Dr. Geertz, Stacy Young, Vaughn Young, Gerry Armstrong, Arnie Lerma, Paulette Cooper, etc., etc. a number of government agencies at last have the opportunity to tie up all the loose ends that they have claimed, over the years, have prevented them from taking on the criminal anti-social Scientology enterprise, and despite now overwhelming evidence, are dragging their feet and denying protection to the one person who can not only testify against the Church, but has everything documented, down to bank wires and receipts. (Those of you who have insinuated his Declaration is false, forgot that Declarations are not just words and accusations, but do, in fact, come with Exhibits of Evidence that confirm the validity of the declaration. I know personally the evidence is all there.)
So, while I thank the majority of those concerned citizens who have reacted to the release of Robert J. Cipriano's Declaration on the outrageously criminal behavior of the Scientology, and so too the critics whose function is really to make genuinely concerned citizens examine things more closely, it is time to put away our reactionary frame of mind, and do what concerned citizens who are not enemies of our government, should do; and that is to inform our governmental agencies in charge of our welfare, that we are displease at their inaction in the face of overwhelming evidence that our society has been set upon by the criminal cult of the Church of Scientology and its alter-ego organizations and corporations.
Today's actions of the Church of Scientology legal juggernaut, represented by Kendrick L. Moxon, the Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker law firm and others in obtaining an order sealing documents which are already internationally available public information, though its self-admitted friend of Scientology, Judge Williams of the Los Angeles Superior Court, speaks intentional misuse of not only the U.S. Judicial System, but complicity in local courts by way of allowing the Los Angeles City Counsel's Police Commissioner to defend the Church of Scientology against Plaintiffs suing various phony divisions of the Church. Mr. Chaleff cannot represent the Church of Scientology and retain his status as Los Angeles Police Commissioner, especially in the light of the Cipriano Declaration and accompanying evidence.
My experience with the Scientology Criminal Enterprise convinced me that while our government is not perfect, it offers the best means of living a productive life in which a concerned citizen can contribute to the well being of other good citizens around him. Evil may appear all power full, but it is a lie and like all lies vanishes at being brought before the light. I'm not looking for a fight with our government, I'm looking to make its agents aware that people all over the world are suffering because we have been allowing legal technicalities to protect the criminal acts of the Church of Scientology and its top echelon. Please speak up and work together to really make our nation a better place to live in.
I am asking, on behalf of Citizens Against Corruption; and law abiding citizens all over the world to Contact the following governmental agencies by telephone, fax, or e-mail and inquire as to what they intend to do to protect all citizens against the Church of Scientology criminal enterprise:
1. U.S. Department of Justice.
2. Internal Revenue Service Non-Profit Corporations Fraud Division;
3. The Honorable Janet Reno and the Attorney General's Office of the United States;
4. The FBI Department of Terrorism
5. The California and New York State Bar Associations;
6. The Los Angeles City Counsel with regard to the flagrant conflict of interest being pursued by Mr. Chaleff, its Police Commissioner; and,
7. The Food and Drug Administration's Investigation Unit with regard to the Church of Scientology's e-meters emission of electromagnetic charge above and beyond standards deemed non-harmful to the human body.
