Dear Rick;

You continue to absolutely amaze me. I have repeated requested my files and personal correspondence returned to me, and you continually refuse to comply. I guess that you really want to go to war with me. Don't you think that would be a really stupid mistake considering our history?

You are in possession of all of the documents regarding litigation against Graham Berry; you are in possession of my 300,000 dollars in stocks and notes from my east coast company; you are in possession of Day Of The Child original certificate of incorporation; you are possession of all of the correspondence regarding our activities.

What I have learned about you and Rinder and Miscavige turns my stomach inside out and I no longer wish to have any contact with you or any of your "saintly clients". To think that you convinced me that really stood for children's issues. What a fool I was! What a damn fool I was. I should of known from your blatant disregard for the laws of this state and the laws of humanity.

Once again, I demand the return of all of my documents immediately. Please have them delivered to Soter's office and made available to my designated messenger for pick-up... immediately.
