If our Governor expects the Board of Prison terms to do what he says only, which is not to release one person from prison on parole and the state makes money on their housing from tax payers, would this be considered "organized crime"?

YOU are absolutely, indubitably, incontrovertibly, CORRECT; and its one of the biggest , most sickening scams ever; organized crime is in control of the administrative levers of most state governments RIGHT NOW. The historical thread is through VOSS ( Veterans of the OSS ) > WILLIAM J CASEY > WHEATON ,ILLINOIS > WACKENHUT CORP...... ON MY web page is a link to a hard to find , absolutely accurate, piece of reporting by JOHN CONNALLY which appeared in SPY magazine, AUGUST SEPTEMBER 1992.
