If our Governor expects the Board of Prison terms to do what he says only, which is not to release one person from prison on parole and the state makes money on their housing from tax payers, would this be considered "organized crime"?

Well in politics it always seems someone is getting the short stick and they legally get away with it. In reality, the Governor has to follow a procedure which entitles him to odd decisions like that. It isn't considered organized crime because the guys in Washington granted the Governor these powers. If there is "questionable decisions" then it will take yes you guessed it, someone in power or a whole bunch of ballots to investigate the decision. Ed
