I have a problem where sometimes I am really high on life and everything seems easy to me. I am happy about everything in life, motivated about job..call friends go out and stuff. Then somedays I am the oppossite..i start to find everything wrong in my life and I really REALLY worry on what other people think of me. I dont like this as when i am 'high on life' i am more of a better person more confident and motivated about life. Why does this happen ? how can i stay 'high on life' forever ?

You can't...... up and down is part of the human condition.
Also, all of us have some kind of personality style.... from completely functional to completely dysfunctional. It sounds like you might have a touch of manic-depression style. That's okay... and nothing to worry about... just something to notice and stay on top of.
Be meticulous in getting feelings out of your body.Depression is most often due to stuffing one's feelings….. particularly anger. The first step in moving out of the depression is to start doing feeling work. I suggest people do feeling work whenever they are aware of storing feelings. If they notice themselves getting depressed then they should spend 15-60 minutes a day doing feeling work.
There are many forms. Some examples:
Write lists of mads, sads and scares. Journal about past and present feelings, Feel them as you write. Write angry letters and then destroy them Twist a towel Pound a pillow. Push against a wall pretending you are pushing away people you are angry with. Scream into a pillow or pool. Stomp as you walk
When you notice the downs coming, keep detached.... say to yourself oh... here you are again.... and then do the work. Same with the joy.... oh, here you are again...and enjoy... knowing that both joy and sadness are temporary.
