I found out it hard for me to learn thing by listening/capturing live conversation, (e.g vocabulary, person names)because i just can't keep it in my mind ...but some ppl can learn thing fast by capturing conversation instancely and yet they could keep in their mind forever (vocabulary, name of person first time meet).. why can't i do the samething? but i could learn thing by book because it can be refer again and again...do i have ADD problem? any solution for this?? someone told me the meaning of poste haste.. but i forgoten ..i wouldn't dare to ask again because it can be annoying i was been accuse being annoying for repeating my question.. i'm not really good in socialise with ppl. i always out of topic help

There are different kinds of learners. Some are auditory, some visual, some kinesthetic (body sense). People are often very strong in one or two and weak in the others. It sounds like you have a strong visual learning style and a weak auditory (listening, sound) learnins style. (Kinesthetic is when you learn best by experiencing something, trying it out with your body.)
I suppose that those symptoms if severe may be caused by something such as ADD but it also could be as simple as the fact that that isn't your style.
I am not an auditory learner either. I have to really concentrate in order to remember people's names.... and unless I know I am going to be with them a lot, I just don't bother.
The internet may have tools for diagnosis ADD. Just for interest sake you might take a look.
Mostly I would suggest you just accept that you have a visual learning style and let that be okay. Worrying will make it a lot worse.

is that possible that my symtom are cause by abuse? i was beaten badly when i was a kid

Yes, that is possible. You may neurological trauma and you certainly have emotional trauma. I suggest that you have a physician check for neurological problems and that you see a psychotherapist to work through your childhood traumas. Those definitely could be keys to solving your problem.
