Dear Anonymous,
A woman's vagina is rich in nerve ending nearer the entrance so length really shouldn't make a difference in terms of the sensations you feel. However, lack of girth or width may be the reason for you not being able to feel him.
Perhaps you could see a doctor to rule out any physiological problem...just in case.
In order to you to make the sensation a little more noticeable, you could try some Kegel exercises to help tighten up the opening in your vagina. Kegel exercises are basically contracting the muscles which control urine flow. By doing these squeezing movements you can hopefully make your vagina a bit more tighter so that the action of intercourse can be more more pleasurable for both of you.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
