Yesterday I used American Airlines to fly from Grand Cayman Island to Miami Florida, Dallas Fort Worth Texas, and Santa Ana California. While on board I read through American Way. I was surprised and dismayed when I saw there is an astrology column in the magazine. You must have utter and complete contempt for the customers of American Airlines. Do you really think American Airlines’ customers are ignorant, superstitious savages, who would be entertained or, I shudder to think, "informed" by such insulting inanity? I will never read American Way again, and I’ll write to as many of your advertisers I can to tell them why.
